BAJA BRUNCH

A special brunch buffet experience based around coastal cuisine and hand-crafted cocktails. Enjoy an ambiance of live music from talented guitarists as you dine. Featuring various rotating menu items such as concha french toast, chilaquiles, machaca, wood fire asado (South American mix grill), fresh churros, margarita flights, 'build your own' Baja Bloody Mary, an extensive selection of tequilas and mezcals and even more.

Agave Tasting Experience

Take flight through Baja and explore over 50 different tequila and mezcal selections. Indulge in a sweet, floral-inspired agave from the Highlands of Jalisco or savor in the spicy, earthy and herbaceous flavors produced in the Lowlands. Experience a journey of various tequila and mezcal selections of your choice when you reserve. 

Enjoy daily at 5:30pm located at the Ponto Lago Crudo Bar.

PRIVATE DINING

Ponto Lago offers two spacious private dining rooms perfect for an intimate family gathering or an exclusive corporate event. One dining room seats up to 14 guests and another up to 25 guests. Both dining rooms offer nature-inspired décor and gorgeous natural lighting to take in Carlsbad’s finest sunsets.
