Claire is a seasoned Pilates instructor with over two decades of experience, earning her comprehensive certification in 2009 under the guidance of world-renowned trainer Julian Littleford. She blends classical and contemporary Pilates with a focus on functional movement, helping clients reach their personal best through thoughtful, compassionate instruction. In addition to Pilates, Claire is an E-RYT 500 yoga instructor known for her creative sequencing, upbeat playlists, and lighthearted energy, and has led numerous 200-hour yoga teacher trainings. She is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Reiki Level 2 Practitioner, offering a well-rounded, mind-body approach to fitness and wellness.

Ren Broekhuizen

Ren is a former collegiate soccer player where she was a two-time national champion, and former speed and strength coach from Grand Rapids, Michigan. With her background in strength and mobility, her passion for fitness and dedication to help others reach their full potential shines through. Ren is a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through NASM. She has her TPI Level 1 (Titleist) Certification, giving her the ability to train with golfers, improving their strength and power.  She designs customized training programs tailored to your requirements, complete with a free 45-minute initial assessment. This evaluation will pinpoint mobility and flexibility concerns, muscle and joint weaknesses, and uncover insights unique to your body's necessities. Ren works closely with men and women of all ages looking for fat loss, muscle gain, and body recomposition.
