Ren is a former collegiate soccer player where she was a two-time national champion, and former speed and strength coach from Grand Rapids, Michigan. With her background in strength and mobility, her passion for fitness and dedication to help others reach their full potential shines through. Ren is a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through NASM. She has her TPI Level 1 (Titleist) Certification, giving her the ability to train with golfers, improving their strength and power.  She designs customized training programs tailored to your requirements, complete with a free 45-minute initial assessment. This evaluation will pinpoint mobility and flexibility concerns, muscle and joint weaknesses, and uncover insights unique to your body's necessities. Ren works closely with men and women of all ages looking for fat loss, muscle gain, and body recomposition.

As a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-200RYT) and Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), she holds various certifications, including Reiki, Somatics Healing, and Ayurveda Nutrition. Olivia's expertise covers a range of yoga styles, fitness classes, and therapeutic modalities. Her journey into health and wellness began with a personal mission to help her mother overcome trauma-induced illnesses, leading her to incorporate somatic work, yoga, breath practices, and healthy eating. With over 7 years of experience, Olivia works with diverse clientele, from athletes to working professionals, with a passion for introducing newcomers to fitness and wellness. She believes in the power of the mind-body-spirit connection to not only heal but also enable individuals to live their best lives.
