Ren is a former collegiate soccer player where she was a two-time national champion, and former speed and strength coach from Grand Rapids, Michigan. With her background in strength and mobility, her passion for fitness and dedication to help others reach their full potential shines through. Ren is a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through NASM. She has her TPI Level 1 (Titleist) Certification, giving her the ability to train with golfers, improving their strength and power.  She designs customized training programs tailored to your requirements, complete with a free 45-minute initial assessment. This evaluation will pinpoint mobility and flexibility concerns, muscle and joint weaknesses, and uncover insights unique to your body's necessities. Ren works closely with men and women of all ages looking for fat loss, muscle gain, and body recomposition.

Claudia has over 25 years in the wellness and fitness field. She is a Reiki Master Teacher, Kundalini Activation Light Integration facilitator, yoga teacher, and sound healer. Claudia has dedicated her life to empowering herself and others with these modalities. As a hula practitioner she shares Aloha by perpetuating Hawaiian culture through hula, Hawaiian culture and traditions. Claudia is owner of Ho’ola Mana Reiki and Wellness in Encinitas where she provides her services to her community.
